90 minute sessions are longer, allowing ample time for deeper processing and healing. We use techniques such as Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing, which help to bypass the logical mind and access the emotional root of your experiences. This way, we can help you process and release emotions that have been holding you back from living your best life. We specialize in Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing, powerful techniques that help clients tap into their own innate healing abilities. Our team of therapists is highly experienced and dedicated to helping our clients find healing and growth through personalized treatment plans. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma, we can help you identify and work through the underlying issues.

 Our half-day wellness program is designed to provide our clients with deeper personal exploration and integrative wellness.  It can help to facilitate intensive work to address deep-seated issues or acheive goals. A variety of techniques, including Brainspotting, SE, Craniosacral, Sauna, light therapy, sound therapy and other integrative healing methods can be included.

At Indigena Wellness, we believe in the importance of self-care and holistic healing. Our full-day wellness program is designed to provide our clients with the ultimate self care and relaxation experience, while also facilitating intensive work to address deep-seated issues or achieve personal growth. Our integrative approach can combine a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Brainspotting, SE, Craniosacral, Sound Therapy TRE, Red Light Therapy and Sauna time, to ensure that our clients leave feeling renewed, relaxed and reconnected with themselves.
